To enrol in the 'Creating Art with Purpose' self-lead programme, please fill in this form. You will be sent payment details and we can liase regarding your 1-1 online mentoring session (included). Once your payment has been received, the digital content will be sent to you.

Terms & Conditions
The CLIENT is purchasing a digital product from Leigh Schneider. In submitting this enrolment form, the following terms and conditions will apply.
PAYMENT
The CLIENT agrees to pay the full amount within one week of receiving their enrolment confirmation and understands they will only receive their digital product once payment has been received in full.
DELIVERY
The CLIENT understands that the delivery process of this digital product is currently manual. This means there may be a delay between placing the order and receiving the digital product. This will depend on location, time zone and processing times.
ONLINE MENTORING SESSION
The CLIENT understands that their online mentoring session is to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase and must occur outside of working/night-time hours New Zealand Standard Time, according to the availability of Leigh Schneider.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The CLIENT agrees not to reproduce or distribute any of the contents of this programme without the permission of the author Leigh Schneider.
By placing my order, I, the CLIENT declare that I have read and understood this agreement in it’s entirely. If under 18, I state that my GUARDIAN is in agreement.
